一、右冠狀動脈（RCA, Right Coronary Artery）

1. 走行

• 從**右主動脈竇（right aortic sinus）**起始
• 沿著右房室溝向下走

2. 主要分支

• SA node branch（竇房結動脈，約 60% 人來自 RCA）
• 右心室分支
• 右緣動脈（acute marginal artery）
• AV node branch（房室結動脈，約 80–90% 來自 RCA）
• 後降支（PDA, Posterior Descending Artery）
  • PDA 供應後室間隔與部分左心室

3. 供應範圍

• 右心房
• 大部分右心室
• 下壁左心室
• 心室間隔後 1/3（含後束傳導系統）
• SA node（60%）
• AV node（80–90%）
